I had the pleasure of taking a peach jam making class at BOHO Farm and Home earlier this summer. BOHO Farm and Home is a lovely 1/3 acre organic farm nestled within Phoenix’s city center. Since taking this class, I have bought more canning books and made both strawberry jam and refrigerator pickles on my own. If you have never canned before but are interested in learning, you can check out the canning books I recommended in this post, which were the ones Carolyn of BOHO farms (a purveyor of amazing jams, jellies and preserves) recommended to me. I purchased them straight away so I could start my own canning and preserving journey. Anyone else sit up in bed at night reading canning books and cookbooks?
